✔ Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that have been simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference with proceedings. Submissions should be at most 20 pages long, 8 pages at least, including the bibliography and appendices, and should follow the paper template.

✔ Accepted full paper will be subjected to similarity check before publishing. Papers with above 30% similarity index may not pass the final check.

✔ All the tables and figures in the paper should be original and un-published. Otherwise, authors must submit "Permission Request Form" for publication purpose.

Submissions are to be made to the Submission Website in doc/docx/pdf format. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register and present their work at the workshop; otherwise the paper will not be included in the proceedings. Abstract submission (for presentation only) will be included in the program, but will not be published officially in the conference proceedings.
Pre-proceedings (full paper & abstract) will be made available at the conference.
